Didn't fully form: Your bottom lumbar level didn't fully form (or separate from the sacrum) when you were developing.  One of the transverse processes (bone that sticks out to the side), either on the left or right, is still fused (connected) with the sacrum.
This means this level is either not moving at all (like a surgical fusion) or very little.  These discs typically look underdeveloped but otherwise normal.

Common: 1/2 of the L5 vertebrae is 'incorporated ' into your sacrum. Sacralization of L5 is a fairly common Xray finding, congenital, and of little significance unless you are a spinal surgeon planning an instrumented fusion of the lumbar spine. Best of Luck!

Yes: Osteochondromas usually occur around the knee. They are rare, but do occur in the spine. When they do , they usually occur in the neck. So an osteochondroma arising from L5 is quite rare, but a described entity.

Disc: Many things can be done. Please see your doctor and have a full work-up. Pt, chiropractic, injections, decompression etc.. Can be tried before any surgical options are expleored.

Sometimes : Most of these are incidental findings on a MRI & more related to degeneration of the disc leading to a tear of the outer fibers or annulus which can also allow for some disc material to pop out & then that can be a disc herniation.  Sometimes, these tears are a sign of disc pain as the disc mechanics are disrupted and just like a torn piece of paper, a tear can further propagate. It can heal too!

Depends: Lumbar stenosis is typically does not resolve on its own. It usually from hypertrophied ligaments or bones. If, however, stenosis is secondary to a herniated disc, this may resolve on its own. Discs have a fluid-like component which can dessicate over time, and as the disc dries up it lifts pressure off the nerve roots.

Exercise : I presume you mean bulge of the l45 disc.  This is normal finding with aging.  Exercise and learning proper posture and body mechanics will usually control most low pain caused by bulging discs.
