This can arise from various sources such as trauma, cancer, infection, previous radiation, or hematologica diseases causing a spontaneous bleed. A scrotal ultrasound is recommended and sometimes requires surgery for drainage.

Hematocele?: Not a commonly used term, blood collection in scrotum ? Usually called scrotal hematoma ? If large, bothersome, or worsening then surgery is an option...If after a vasectomy need to see your doc !

Depends on...: Scrotal trauma can result in a testicular hematoma or hematocele. Color doppler ultrasonography is the imaging technique used to see what is there. Hematomas and hematoceles are managed on an individual basis depending on the urologist and the patient (but surgery is needed if the covering of the testicle is ruptured).

Trauma: Hematocele can usually be diagnosed by history and with ultrasound.  Most commonly associated with trauma to scrotum, moderate to severe pain after injury, swelling and bruising.  Ultrasound usually shows fluid in layers around testis, and may diagnose testicular injury as well.

Testes Trauma: Not at all. The hematocoele is a collection of blood which will eventually be re absorbed. In the meantime, it presents as a firm mass that mimics a tumor. It should shrink and go away; if not follow up with your doctor.

Chocolate : This is not scientific but neither is having babies!   Try anything chocolate.   Eat romantic foods.   Avoid alcohol and stimulants.  Relax.  Enjoy being married without children.   The more you relax and enjoy your spouse the better your marriage will be and the more prepared you we be to be a parent.  You are learning patience and you will need it!
