Probably nothing: If the red spots on your skin are cherry hemangiomas / "Campbell de Morgan spots", relax, they mean absolutely nothing. Maybe one person has a hemangioma or two or three in the liver and it's a non-issue itself -- a Gorbachev birthmark, a curiosity. Be thankful for good health.

Very few for most: Hemangiomas occur in infants and appear during the first few weeks of life.  For those that remain small or flat, simple observation is fine. Those that occur around the eye, lips, nose or airway can cause rare but life threatening conditions.

Depends where: If it is in the vertebral bodies, where we commonly find them, avoid becoming osteoporotic and they should cause in trouble at all. If you have a rare hemangioma that has developed somewhere else in the spine, it would depend if it impinges on any nerves or the central canal.  On the skin it does not pose any danger normally.
