Fairly good but...: You have a fairly healthy profile except for a low HDL of 36.Make sure you are at your ideal body weight.If there is anything you can do to improve your diet and your triglyceride do so.If you don't have a strong family history of heart disease and do not smoke, I am not sure that there is a strong indication for statins.Coronary calcium score is useful to define risk and help decide about statin.

Infantile seizures: Infantile seizures are a serious problem and must be taken seriously. Phenobarbital is taken daily until the therapeutic blood level is reached and then continued to maintain that blood level. The Dr may make small changes to the dosage and may even change or add medications to control the seizures. Talk to your Dr for any changes or questions.

Confusing setting: It is odd that you had an ear infection so soon after extraction, but possible. The areas are physically separate &amp; do not communicate, so there is no reason the ear issue would contaminate the sockets. One question I have if whether you have an ear infection at all. The nerves in that part of the head can give you acute or persistent ear pain from irritation in the jaw.
