No problems: No health problems from ejaculating, in fact it may be helpful in preventing prostate disease.  While hormone levels can increase sex drive, sex (in any form) doesn't deplete testosterone or other hormones.

If your growth centers are open, a balanced diet/rest ; healthy physical activity will support good growth and gh injections would only get you to your expected genetic height faster, not add extra.

Somebody's lying 2 U: Your long bones are not going to lengthen at that age with the administration of HGH. The skull over your eyebrows will and your hands will get gnarled. Think of Boris Karloff! There are surgical procedures to lengthen bone. Once the growth plates are sealed HGH doesn't work. You can get elevator shoes and a personal dresser to help you choose a fancier wardrobe! Good luck! No: This has been answered recently. Growth hormone release spikes in sleep and has nothing to do with exercise.  Exercise is good for the body and does help create a good core of healthy parts, but it does not change the eventual  height of anyone.
