Heel spur syndrome: You probably have heel spur syndrome.  To confirm you need to be evaluated and have x-rays taken and a treatment plan started to relieve your symptoms such as pt, orthotics, cortisone injections or even surgery.  This should be your discussion with your foot health provider.

Dry skin=itchy skin: Apply vaseline and sleep in white cotton socks and your itching will stop when the skin moisture is better.
