i have a sinus infection. my left arm at the bottom is feeling heavy and having slight tingling in my arm. i have pressure feeling in the right side of my head. would this be connected?

: If yor right side sinuses are infected you can get a headache. Your arm symptoms are not connected to that. If sinusitis is a self diagnosis - suggest see your doc for all these symptoms.= for proper care

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Since you have a 28 day cycle we would expect your period around day 28 unless you got pregnant

Varies: Non specific symptom can be everything from ischemic heart disease/ angina from blockages in the coronary arteries, to esophageal reflux/indigestion, depends on where the discomfort is, what other symptoms you have and how long it lasts among other things. Definitely serious enough to discuss with your doctor.

It is stress when we do not want to lift and are feeling pressured by family members or work personnel.
 At age 22, you possibly are going through Anxiety due to stresses which could be:
•Relationships
•Separation
•Finances
•Work
•Frustration
•Loneliness
•Boredom
“my head feel full of pressures” seems to indicate Anxiety due to stresses.

Since you are your: primary medical decision maker, start working on figuring it out. E.g. Take a few repeated BIG breaths in &amp; out so as to maximize chest expansion/collapse (not just abdomen), apply direct very firm pressure with a couple of finger tips to/around the area &amp;/or make dramatic changes in position of arrms, chest, body to see if these REPRODUCIBLY change the sensation. If they do, heart pain unilkely!
