Sleep quality: mat be lacking.  If you wake tired, have restless sleep (all over the bed) and snore, you may have sleep apnea or obstruction of air flow leading to poor quality sleep.  You would benefit from a physical exam and a sleep study.

Viral illness: It sounds like you have a viral illness. If symptoms get worse or dont improve in a few days, seek medical help.

How bad?: A headache that does not go away with a normal dose of paracetamol (acetaminophen) needs to be checked out right away.  Brain injuries, including concussion can be serious. So if your headache is bad, or not relieved by normal doses of over the counter meds, or you have vomiting, dizziness, numbness, tingling, etc., you need to get checked immediately at an ER, even if a month after injury.

i have really heavy eye discharge (green/yellow) and my eyes are really itchy, any way to stop the itchyness? i also am really sick (flu)

Could be allergy..: Most of the time eye itchiness signifies allergy in the eye, but heavy green/yellow discharge is not normal for allergy and may be from an infection that requires antibiotics.  You can try over-the-counter drops like alaway and zaditor, (ketotifen) but if they don't do the trick, you're better off going to an eye md (ophthalmologist) to get stronger prescription drops to help with the inflammation/infection.

Ok, hold on, don't : Go make your will yet. Sleeping well at night?  Stress level elevated? Crying spells? Issues with weight?  You may be having irregular menses b/c you are not ovulating regularly.  This is pcos, usually.  This can put you at risk for a mood problem, often signified by sleep disruption.  There is a link to diabetes, if pcos, metformin can help and prevent dm in many cases.  I'm sure ur kidneys r ok.

: This is not an uncommon side effect of eye dilatations. It should be okay after a night's sleep.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
