Test again later: Four weeks pregnant is very early. You shouldn't notice any change in weight that early, or if there is any it could be water retention from the progesterone. Test again in one week or earlier if you notice pelvic/abdominal pain.

Heavy Bleeding: it is not normal to have heavy bleeding a 4 weeks of pregnancy.  You need to see you OB now or go to the ER for Evaluation. An ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out, this can be life threatening.

Probably - go to ER!: Go to the er to get evaluated asap! heavy vaginal bleeding is not something to wait at home for to pass on its own! spontaneous or threatened abortion, molar pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy are all possibilities and you should have blood serial beta HCG tests along with transvaginal ultrasound to determine the precise diagnosis. Check preg test: The easiest thing to do is head to any local pharmacy and pick up an over the counter pregnancy test. They are cheap and reliable. If you are pregnant please seek prenatal care. If you are not please see your doctor to get on some effective birth control.

Your hormones are: in flux for some reason.  Many factors affect the normal flow of periods including age, season, weather, stress, exercise, body girth, nutrition, etc.  I would wait until the period returns and see if the next cycle brings regularity. Braxton Hicks: Braxton hicks contractions are sporadic, irregular, infrequent, painless uterine contractions that usually start about 6 weeks into your pregnancy, and increase in frequency as your pregnancy progresses. Likely not: Pain in left upper abdomen unlikely to be due to anything serious. Stomach, spleen, kidneys, colon, abdominal muscles, in that area. If unassociated with fever, nausea/vomiting in excess of common am sickness of pregnancy, breathing problems, significant change in bowel or urinary patterns, then less likely to be cause for concern. Of course, any persistent or worsening pain requires evaluation.
