If so, it could be normal vaginal/cervical mucous discharge.  If associated with itching, itching, burning, irritation, odor.... then it could be an infection or irritation

Yes, and aleve (naproxen): They resorb more than shed. They fluctuate with your cycle. Hormonal contraception can help. Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen can help.

Yes.: Dehydration can cause tachycardia (Fast heart rate).  But this could be a sign of an irregular heart rate as well.  Key is to make sure the rhythm is at regular intervals.  if its not, then you have to worry about atrial fibrillation.

It may well be: The first period can be lighter in some cases and the average age of onset is 10-15y.  Would be important however to make sure the vagina is not painful or itchy particularly if been out in the heat as vulvovaginitis may be another possibility for some mild bleeding.  If any doubt recommend a doctor consult.

No, not related: Absence of a period should always lead you to do a home pregnancy test, assuming you are of child-bearing age. There is no relation to the heat and a delay in cycles. Cycle delay may be due to medication effects, changes in stress, birth control, or even exercise. If you are late for over a month, you should call an md. There are medications that can help induce one to try to get you on track.
