: If you place your outstretched fingers over the space between your windpipe and jaw you should easily feel your pulse/heartbeat. You won't have a heart attach at your age unless you have the rapid aging disease progeria.

Depends: It is unlikely if you are taking your blood thinner medication for your pe. It sounds like you are having an anxiety attack. Go see your doctor for an evaluation and ekg.

Usually no: Significant rapid heart rates could put excessive demands on the heart leading to ischemia but single or non sustained ectopic beats are usually not problematic.

No: Most patients with heart attacks do not need pacemakers.  
Pacemakers are only needed for patients whose heart rate is too slow or  for whose electrical system does not conduct signals reliably from the top chambers to the bottom chambers of the heart.

Palpitations: You have heart disease.Discuss with your cardiologist, they may consider a holter monitor where they monitor, your heart rhythm for several days and you keep a diary of symptoms and then the cardiologist correlates the symptom with what was seen on the monitor or want to review your meds, do another  stress test/echo. Rarely if warranted they do EPS study. Please follow up with your cardiologist.

Not in your case: In the absence of advanced heart disease it would be extremely rare. In a young female with no cardiac risk factors (diabetes, high blood pressure, cigarette smoking) not a problem. Try a clock radio with gentle music.

Stomach: Stomach ailments do not cause heart attacks . Sometimes stomach symptoms can mimic heart disease and vise versa.

Chronic disease: You don't have to worry about a heart attack, heart disease in the near future given your age.  But you do need to treat your anxiety- to alleviate the symptoms of  anxiety itself, and a lot of physical problems as your body is constantly exposed to stress hormones. See a psychiatrist.
