OK: If you are thin, you may be feeling your aorta pulse with your heart rhythm.  If you are older or a smoker or have hypertension, it could be serious and you should see your doctor.

Stethoscope: Just borrow a stethoscope from your doctor or buy a used one in the classified ads page.  The dopplers for fetal heart tones are a bit more expensive and can be purchased on the internet.

Could be normal: But, even though it would be rare at your age, an aortic or other arterial aneurysm should be ruled out. Sometimes this can be done with physical examination, but an arterial ultrasound is more accurate.

Resolving GI bug?: The most concerning thing about "feeling heartbeat in stomach" is a prominent pulse of the aorta possibly associated with an aneurysm. This would be VERY unusual in a 25 year old. But I presume this was excluded in the CT scan. So then we are left with some abdominal pain &amp; the blah's. Keep up hydration, eat a slightly bland diet, exercise but don't overdo, and consider ?? mood issues/depression?

had ekg and echo for routine aortic stenosis check up in june everything was fine. now i can feel heartbeat in stomach. could it be aaa? i am 26.

Possible but rare: AAA is relatively rare at your age, but, if you're symptoms bother you that much, go see your primary doc and discuss whether further testing is warranted. A ct scan or abdominal us may rule the AAA in or out for you.

: So little info in your post. If you are sexually active without contraception you can take a HPT a week after your missed period. They are quite accurate.

Your aorta: is very close to the surface especially with diastasis.  So yes, given that condition, it's very normal.
