Dizzy: If you have know cardiac disease and on meds you probably need your BP checked and you need to be evaluated. Could be meds, BP, your heart or perhaps something neurological.

Trans fats triple the risk of heart disease. It increases cholesterol and decrease the good cholesterol so body becomes highly inflammed which leads eventually to blockages in arteries causing heart attack.
