Symptons heart attack?

Many possibilities: Sudden onset of mid to left central chest pain / pressure or discomfort. Sometimes radiation to l arm or neck/jaw. Sometimes accompanied by shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, sense of impending loss of consciousness. Sometimes rapid pulse, sometimes slow pulse and sometimes irregular pulse. These symptoms should prompt visit to 911/ed.
