Unlikely: Myxomas are benign tumors. They are unlikely to cause pain as they grow very slowly.

if i have a suggestive av malformation tumor on the ankle could it effect my heart?

No: Av malformation just means that the arteries connect straight to the veins, bypassing capillaries.  The blood will still flow normally back to the heart, it just may have a little bit of oxygen in it still (since all of it did not go into capillaries and supply to the soft tissues and bones).  Av malformation just causes problems locally, if at all.  Sometimes it's just an incidental finding.

can heart mri detect breast tumors?

Out of the field: Cardiac mr is centered on the heart. You may see on the border of the field partial breast tissue, but cardiac mr is not dedicated to breast. It is not the same exam, no the same protocol. Palpation and mammogram are the best. If something shows on the cardiac mr, then do mammogram.

i had vats of the thymus done 2 weeks ago, they only got 80% of it out as the tumor had come out side and gone to my chest & heart, ?

Oncology eval.: Do you have myasthenia gravis, paraneoplastic syndrome? Seems you have possibly stage 3 metastatic disease? Is this carcinoma? Thymoma also have a classification develop by the who. Check with your oncologist for radiation therapy, chemotherapy and clinical trials.

see a neurologist: No heart disease affects speech unless stroke occurs from heart disease. Neurologist can help make correct diagnosis.
