Typically normal: Typically speaking the heart rate for normal healthy adults can vary quite a bit within the normal range. You can continue to monitor it and if it continues to trend down would need further evaluation. Would recommend an annual exam with labs and ekg. Consider increasing your physical activity. Also family history plays an important role so factor that in as well. Current HR is ok if asymptomatic

Yes: Completely normal.  During day between 60-100 is considered normal.  During sleep it is less.  Some people can even drop into the 30s on  aregular basis.

Who knows?: I am pretty sure nobody has looked at this question in a scientific fashion heretofore. I would guesstimate it fluctuates between 90-150 beats per minute, depending on age, medications used, phase of arousal etc.

Heart rate: HR can go up to 100 or even higher without significant activities, however there is usually some excitement or other factor, if average HR at rest is 100 or above you need to be checked. Sometimes other factors such as anemia, hyperthyroidism can elevate your heart rate besides some rhythm problems.

Unusual : Normally the heart rate drops when we sleep. May be that your rate is always fast  your just noticing at night when your not distracted. A 48 hr holter will help. Labs including thyroid studies would bea good start.

Yes: Normal heart rate is 60-100. While you're up and active, i would expect your heart rate to be toward the upper limit of normal. While you're at rest, i would expect it to be toward the lower limit of normal. Sounds like you're doing just fine...

Depends: It does depend a bit on age, but in general there is data that suggest at rest there is less than a 10 beat per min variation at rest, which approximates out to around 12%.  Again this varies on age, medications being taken and underlying disease that one might be afflicted with.  Hope this helps.

Yes: This is very normal.  Once you are more relaxed, heart rate slows down.
