im not sure if they are accurate but my apple watch keeps notifying me that my heart rate is going up to 140-180 bpm. i am dizzy. tight chest. i feel like there is air trapped and it wont come out. ?

Doctor can evaluate: Shortness of breath is not normal, unless it is the mild temporary shortness of breath with sports activities (but even then, one must be sure she is not having more shortness of breath than her sports peers have). Some causes of shortness of breath in young adults are heart arrhythmia, heart failure, fluid around the heart, fluid in the lungs, asthma, pneumonia, costochondritis, etc...

Tight chest: For people in there 20's tight chest is usually from more benign process such ad anxiety or panic. Bronchospasm would be comon.  Coromary disease rate, however if using substances like cocaine can preciptate cardiac problems in people under 40.  BlBlood clot possible, but cpmmonly associated with pain.

: Anxiety does not cause nose congestion which is usually an objective symptom (you say you have it and a doctor can detect it by hearing your voice or exam your nose). Symptoms of anxiety are subjective such as chest tightness which you feel. You likely have cold syndrome but Covid-19 infection should be ruled out if you are at risk.

Hmmm....: In such situations, that could be all the doctor said, or it could be all that the patient remembers the doctor saying, or it could be just the part that the patient's brain decided to keep. Life is complex. Anyway, psychiatric symptoms need psychiatric solutions. One can ask her doctor about medications, probably short term at first. Also, finding a psychologist can be a helpful thing too.
