Exercise: Productive exercise causes the body to need more blood flow to the tissues to cause induction of increased exercise capacity. An increased heart rate during exercise indicates this is in play. In general if the exercise isn't enough to elevate heart rate, it isn't enough exercise. The heart rate target is usually 120 to 150 but higher rates are appropriate for some people.

my bp is 105/62 , and hr 105 is this ok or too low? i feel my heart racing and a little fast breathing (feels like when i'm anxious or when i do exercise) no pain or nothing. not taking any meds, just a little anxiety?

: Your blood pressure is fine provided you don't experience lightheadedness or sudden drops in BP on going from sitting to standing. The resting heart rate of 105 is rapid and could be from stress&amp; anxiety or from an overactive thyroid. A rapid rate along with a sudden drop in BP on going from sitting to standing in some people can occur in a syndrome called POTS. Consider a cardiology consultation

hello,  i am struggling to get motivated to add simple exercise.  i take heart medications, and have issues with my heart racing if i miss medication or don't stay hydrated.  what is the easiest way to get started?  i have no restrictions from my cardiolo

Exercise: If you don't have any problems with your joints, I would recommend a low impact workout like elliptical, stationary bike or walking.  I would do that for about 20 minutes and then have a trainer show you how to set up a circuit type of workout.  By strengthening muscles, you will burn fat.  Plus it is totally fun.  Get someone to go with you so you can motivate each other.

i have asthma, i get it from light exercise. i'm taking symbicort, which gives me heart racing and anxiety. could i quit symbicort? my asthma is not severe, never had it before.

Maybe: First question to answer is whether you have asthma or do you have exercise induced bronchospasm.  These are distinctly different, but both cause exercise related symptoms.  You should see a board certified allergist or pulmonologist for evaluation and appropriate testing to help determine the cause and level of control needed.

Heart rate changes : A few things come to mind. Dehydration, anemia, or neurological or circulation  issue with the system that regulates changes blood pressure control in different positions

Talk to Therapist: It sounds like you need to work with your therapist to do some desensitization therapy or behavior therapy. They can work with you to dissociate the feelings you have with normal exercise from progressing to a panic attack. 220-age = max: During exercise, the target is 70 to 80% of ur maximum heart rate, which is 220-ur age (e.g., a 40 yr old has a theoretical max HR of 180 bpm, &amp; 80% of that is 144 bpm). Anything above the max is not healthy if u r not used to exercising. 15 min after exercise (complete rest), ur HR should drop back down to less than 100 bpm. Anything above that means something's not healthy. TTYD or cardiologist

Probably normal: If this worries you or your child has any associated symptoms like exercise intolerance, than have him seen by your doctor. You may need to see a cardiologist. There is something called sinus arrhythmia in children that is very normal. The heartbeat is irregular and can sound like you describe. It causes no problems. An ekg can clarify everything if you are concerned.
