Need work up: probably related to a drop in blood pressure thats sudden. Postural hypotension , vasodepressor syndrome etc. A work up with an echo,cardiac event monitor,some labs and a Tilt table test will be required to determine further.

More tests: It could be a number of things. You should consult your primary care doctor to get some more tests done. If all the rest of the tests are negative, another possibility is panic attack.

Diagnosis?: Impossible to say off-hand. A 24 hour holter recording during which time you mark the recording when you have your index symptoms would advance the diagnostic process significantly. Ps, albuterol side effects can potentially cause all the symptoms you describe.  Have you used it before a bm lately?

if i take trazodone will i get side effects again? i abused it one night and it caused me anxiety and my heart to race. i haven't took it in along time. will it still cause the side effects even if my body hasnt had it in awhile?

When : When you say you abused it, I am assuming you took more than you were prescribed to take. In this case, the side effects you listed do commonly occur. If you abuse again, then yes you will likely experience similar side effects. If you take the recommended dosage then you are less likely to have those side effects, however it is possible. There is no real way to tell until you take the medication again. If you take it again and have the same effect, you should see your psychiatrist for a change in medication.

No side effects: There are no side effects from a dexamethasone suppression test. Your heart will not race. It's harmless. The dose used (1 mg) is too small for you to feel anything, but large enough to produce a change in your cortisol level which can only be detected by a sensitive blood test.

: From ehat you describe it seems like rapid heart beat due to Anxiety or stress as you mentioned.Heart rate returned to notmal as you were relaxed later.It does not seem to be serious side efrect on the heart.It is hard to say if it wilk happen again with second dose.Try to relax and even if it happens it is not a serious reaction to vaccine.Good Luck

Make sure your doctor knows what you are taking.

Possibly: Loratadine is an antihistaminic, and in large doses does produce tachycardia, and it is possible to do so in sensitive people in lesser doses.
