Should be OK: Palpitations while actively vomiting could be related to overactivation of the sympathetic nervous system in that moment.  If the palpitations happen in isolation, you might want to see a Cardiologist.  Regardless, a heart monitor such as Holter monitor could let us really know what's going on.  Can't be too careful during pregnancy!

Pregnancy : tends to lower blood pressure by causing blood vessels to relax, so you can hold more fluid/blood. This can contribute to the symptoms you are noting, and for sure you should let your doctor know, as testing for heart issues can be appropriate.

Palpitations: Palpitations can be common during pregnancy and can be for various reasons. Let your OB know about your symptoms. If you are having chest pain or SOB too you should likely be seen.  Try to take some extra magnesium. Mag glycinate and see if that improves your symptoms.

21f, history of multiple ods on propanalol ~4yrs ago. fast heart palpitations lasting 1-2 minutes. pain is about a 4-4.5 and when pulse was checked during a set, it was ~184 but was not checked during the peak. resting bpm is ~80s?
