Heaves and thrills : In medicine, loud heart sounds which can be felt and heard by others are referred to as heaves and thrills. These findings usually indicate presence of a damaged heart valve &/or enlargement of one of the chambers of the heart. It would be rare not to have any other accompanied symptoms such as chest pain and shortness of breath, if this were the case. Echocardiogram is needed for full answer.

Panic attacks: One will not die from a panic attack.  A prime symptom is a feeling that you may die. This is a very treatable condition.

You need evaluation: You got lung clot possibly because you we're on the contraceptive pills. Other rare causes are problems with hypercoagulopathy because of familial problems with hemoglobin.  You need to be evaluated again if you are symptomatic .  Meanwhile you need: 1) avoid smoking.  2) avoid any contraceptive and hormone therapy.3) avoid standing or sitting for a long period of time without moving your legs.

Normal: This is a normal physiologic response as the blood tends to move toward your feet when you stand up.  Your heart compensates by increasing the strength of the contraction and/or increasing the heart rate.  If it is uncomfortable or you experience lightheadedness it may indicate that you are a little dehydrated.

May be nothing: Small, young ladies can have lower blood pressure. Lower blood pressure can lead to faster heart rate. Should not be too much of a problem but you should check with your doctor to make sure.

: This is called anxiety. There are real changes in chemicals/hormones/neurotransmitters that occur in these situations.  These changes can absolutely lead to the symptoms you describe.  There are many ways to overcome these physiologic changes, such as deep breathing, meditation 🧘‍♀️,  even medications 💊can be used if severe enough. Talk to your doctor about referral to behavioral psychologist.

Possibly: It may depend on where the clot is located and what symptoms remain. If the clot affects both iliac veins you may not have enough blood returning  to your heart causing these symptoms until you are able to redistribute your blood volume. If you still have pain due to the clot, younger people can have an increased heart rate as part of their pain response. A compression stocking (20-30mmhg)  helps.

Then please see a mental health pro such as a clinical psychologist who specializes in mood disorders like panic attacks.
