It's yours: If you like it - enjoy it. If you're not sure, watch and keep a diary w/ your thoughts and feelings day by day about the effects. Report them to your therapist/doctor if you want a 2nd opinion to yours. If it's raining on a day w/ only a 20% chance - do you get less wet? How common doesn't matter - this is you. Healthy will mean feeling okay more than not and able to do what you need/want to do.

Inappropriate mood: Sudden bouts of laughter may be a condition called pseudobulbar affect. A neurologist can tell you if that is the case and look for underlying causes. Mood disorders and certain drugs are also associated with euphoria. A psychiatric evaluation can help you figure out what is going on.

In these cases euphoria may point to the need to treat an underlying disorder.

Many: It depends on what you enjoy personally,  but some ways include:  dancing, music, enjoying nature, holotropic breathwork (sometimes) and falling in love.   Some seek euphoria through the use of psychedelic substances like mushrooms, lsd, etc -- and some indigenous people use similar things in ceremony.  But these aren't necessarily "natural" to other cultures, and euphoria is not the goal either.

Not sure but....: Dopamine a brain neuro transmitter and endorphan a naturally occuring opioid substance are thought to be important in the production of joy, happiness, euphoria.  Falling in love triggers the reward pathway which in turn liberates dopamine. Unfortunately drug abuse can do the same thing and hence addiction.

Mania & euphoria: Euphoria is possible without being bipolar or manic, but can also appear in a bipolar person's initial stages of mania.  S/he feels confident, buoyant, ready to take on anything.  Mind feels sharp & clear.  Sounds pleasant, no?  But then the episode intensifies into full mania, with increasing loss of judgment, restlessness, impulsivity, decreasing need for sleep, rapid speech, irritability, etc.

This can become a highly addictive state, and usually becomes harder to achieve as tolerance to the stimulant develops.   Stimulants activate the Sympathetic and Central nervous systems which can lead to reduced experiencing of discomfort.
