what should i do to get my skin better? it has always been dry and also have endless dandruff. i still haven't gone to the health centre yet.

Aveeno (oatmeal) products: Use liquid skin wash products for a very dry skin, they usually contain Shea butter. Use skin moisturizers after shower. Use special shampoo for dandruff such as  Selsun blue and Head and Shoulders.

Bp: If your BP got to 235 systolic, that is not normal. You need to go to the doctor for evaluation and probable treatment.

two days since 3 flights in a row brasil-europe. have intermittent pain in centre of left calf muscle. could this be anything sinister or just muscular? drank alcohol daily for 3 weeks pre-trip. 31yrs male good health generally

DVT: Have this looked into asap. Long flights and sedentary activity in airplanes, can lead to deep venous thrombosis!

Generic tips: Spend time being kind to yourself, and get regular aerobic exercise, follow a mediterranean diet, alcohol in moderation, avoid primary or secondary smoking, avoid recreational drugs.  Meditation and yoga seem of value long-term.  Mental health seems soundest when folks focus on needs of others and are out in the community.  Socialization is critical, reading is great, tv not so.

Lifestyle : The only proven way to be healthy is through lifestyle change. Eat a whole balanced diet based heavily around vegetables/plants and exercise hard at least 3 days per week. Avoid smoking and heavy alcohol consumption. Get enough sleep.

Read the ingredients: Chips often contains mostly fats and salt and some carbohydrates...So, there isn't much in term of good nutritions in chips. Also, the problem is that most people eat too much of these unhealthy stuffs..Oz for oz, chips is the worse of the snacks in term of weight-gain..
