Yogurt is a dairy product and as such contains good amounts of protein and calcium.  It also contains other nutrients found in dairy foods like vitamin B12, potassium and magnesium.  Choosing non- or low-fat versions eliminates it's downside: fat.

I just tried to: Research this. 1 site said gin is therapeutic for arthritis, helps you lose weight,  ^'s your appetite, improves GI health, is a diuretic,  reduces cardiovascular disease, makes bones stonger. Etc. It is from a site called 'gin wisdom' i never learned any of that in medical school. 'medical wisdom' ; 'gin wisdom'  don't necessarily go hand in hand.  I don't personally know of any benefits from gin.
