Maybe you : Have panic attacks?  Get evaluated by your doctor. Medication and/or therapy may help you with this problem.

is it normal for someone with health anxiety to notice symptoms of the diseases they believe they are suffering from?

Yes: That is the curse of having health anxiety. Normal bodily sensations and abnormal bodily sensations all are perceived as signs of illness... making it very difficult for either the patient or the doctor to tell when the patient is actually sick (other than suffering the sickness of health anxiety). The patient must teach himself which of his pains, his cramps, his sniffles, etc., are normal.

Yes: That happens all the time in people with "health anxiety". Of course, such patients benefit from realizing how they are perceiving the sensations or feelings from all over their bodies, and then adjusting their perceptions to a more realistic type of perception.

can health anxiety mimic concussion symptoms? i was on a bike ride and went over a bump pretty fast 1 week ago but i've done that lots of times and i was fine, but this time i've had symptoms for the past week?

: Your question is confusing, but will repeat the classical definition:  A cerebral concussion is an acute closed head injury resulting in loss of consciousness, amnesia, or a combination of both.  What symptoms have you had "for the past week"?

what sort of symptoms would someone have if they had both acid reflux and ibs ? can health anxiety amplify these symptoms?

Acid reflux &amp; IBS: You may experience burning from stomach to throat and/or bad taste in mouth w/reflux.  IBS may manifest w/constipation or the runs or an alternation of both. Please see your doc.  Yes, anxiety can make any symptom worse.  You may have a food allergy/sensitivity, or need probiotics.  Peace and good health.

They are related: There is clearly an association as about 20 percent of patients diagnosed with the chronic pain associated with Fibromyalgia also suffer from an anxiety disorder or depression. Symptoms of fibromyalgia are multiple. Causation is a different question. A comprehensive evaluation is recommended.

Yes: The mind is very powerful and can generate many emotional and physical feelings--including symptoms of illnesses you don't have.  Anxiety is a prime trigger that can cause you to feel body symptoms that do not indicate a physical illness.

TIA: Would have symptoms short lasting and clear mri. Stroke has longer if not permanent symptoms and should show up in most cases on mri.

Depends: It depends on your symptoms. You really should address simple evaluation with a general medical doctor to address your concerns and to rule out/in any firm diagnosis.

high anxiety about scattered white matter on mri. have had anxiety issues for years. ms symptoms and anxiety symptoms  are simular. should i worry?

No: Don't worry about laboratory results. Consult with your treating physician who ordered these tests and discuss the likely scenarios. Yes, some symptoms of ms overlap with anxiety, but there are usually clear and distinct differences.  Don't try to interpret these test results alone...They will just worsen your already present anxiety.  Talk to your doctor.
