Fascinating: For scientific physicians, Ayurveda is a prescientific medical system developed by people observing and making educated guesses. From my own reading, myrrh, ginseng, garlic, and ginko have interesting pharmaceutical properties. Most of us could not recommend them as supplement though some people do use them.
