No, it's a positive: I'm not aware of any scientific articles that document how meditation could "make someone go insane".  There are hundreds of research studies documenting the positive mental and physical benefits of regular meditation.  A common misconception is that meditation or guided imagery will make one "lose control".  In fact, once one can learn to meditate they have more control over their emotions &amp; body

Many possibilities..: Cluster, migraine and tension-type headaches may produce a headache that awakens an individual in the early morning hours, or is present upon awakening. Depression is often associated with chronic tension-type headaches. Withdrawal effects from pain medications, ergots and caffeine often produce this pattern. More rare causes include sleep apnea, severe high blood pressure, and brain tumors.

Number of causes: Headaches can be caused by a number of different things. If you are waking up with headaches, tightness in the jaws, you may be clenching or grinding your teeth in your sleep.  If you are clenching your teeth while awake you may be compounding the problem. 

You should have a thorough evaluation to identify what type of headaches you are having so the appropriate treatment can be  initiated.

?? Skin sensitive???: Is it your skin that is sensitive?  Early shingles a possibility  If moving makes it bad ...sinus infection is possible!

Sinus pressure: It is a term that usually refers to the pressure that builds up in the sinuses either due to changes in barometric pressure or pressure from sinusitis. Don't forget to use a nasal saline drainage system such as a neti pot. You can pick that up at any local drugstore.

Hard to know: It depends on the cause, but why so much?  Try 400 first to avoid stomach issues.
