MIGRAINE: Migraine in adults tends to be on one side right or left in localization, in some patients the headache is always localized in one side, it does not matter right or left.
In your case it  is on the left and mostly it will stay like that.

Several reasons: There are several reasons behind the occurrence of head pains ranging from genetics, muscle contractions, stress, sleep disorders, teeth grinding, trauma, and different medical illness.  The exact causes of headaches aren't known.  You could try some self care strategies like massages, warm compresses over neck/temples, green tea, relaxation, and ibuprofen/tylenol.

Headache: It is quite likely that your headaches are not cancer related but are due to muscle contraction, migraine, neuralgia, etc. However if headaches persist, i recommend you consult your oncologist in view of your cancer history. A brain ct scan would give important information.

Headache olive leaf: I have never heard of olive leaf oil causing headaches. But my first recommendation is to stop taking olive leaf oil and see. I would not waste money on olive leaf oil.  I just googled it and suspect it is the modern day version of snake oil.

Vestibular migraine: Headaches on one side of the head with a recurring episodes of dizziness may be vestibular migraine since you do have a history of migraine.  I would recommend seeing your local neurologist with that diagnosis in mind who will probably then put you on a beta blocker or other meds . There are other causes of dizziness but I would have to know more history.
