what should i do to help with headaches without prescription drugs?

Very little: If you already know any triggers of headache, you can avoid them. You can try otc motrin, advil, (ibuprofen) Naproxen or exedrin migraines. Best bet however is see a neurologist and take prescription  medications.

Terbutaline: Terbutaline will sometimes stop your contractions long enough(36-48 hours) to give you a steroid treatment that will help the lung maturity of your baby as well as lessen other problems if the baby delivers early. Other drugs are used more commonly now as terbutaline can cause problems. There is no drug that you can take every day that will prolong your pregnancy. These are only short term.

Prob NOT BUT.....: Chances are it wont "show" BUT TELL the collectors about this BEFORE you take the test and BRING THE BOTTLE showing the Prescription/ Doctor and it shoukld NOT affect your hiring!

You resting pulse: Is abnormally high. Work up would be recommended, best with your PCP or GP. You headache pills may or may not be involved in the high heart rate.

If social service is available, would contact them for assistance.  To be fully assured, you could have your doctor perform a urine drug screen on you.

Wrong: Ovarian cyst do not cause headache or true stomach pain. They can cause pelvic pain. Cyst should be observed and if they don't go away they may require biopsy.

It's not uncommon for patients to acute low pressures post operatively and typically are asymptomatic aside from visual blurring.
