my dad has been peeing blood? my dad always gets headaches so he takes a lot of pills sometimes and recently he took these pills and he started to pee blood what does this mean? and it has happened before but this time it was worse help?

If : If your dad is urinating blood, he has what is called hematuria. He should go to his primary care doctor, who should refer him to a urologist.  If he feels that he is not emptying well his bladder, he should go to the E.R.  Any person with hematuria needs a complete workup to rule out genitourinary cancer.  The workup consists of a urine exam and culture, urine cytology, cystoscopy, ct urogram and a psa test.

Best to get checked out by your doctr who can screen you for diabetes and evaluate your heartburn and headaches.

Drink more water: For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine
