Possible: Although it is possible, it is not probable.  Classical signs of meningitis includes headache, fever, neck pain, vomiting, nausea, lethargic.  You mention some of the symptoms which may not be specific to meningitis.  Keep an eye on things and consider visit to the doctor for examination.

Not tylenol (acetaminophen): Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not likely to treat the underlying cause as you may have found out! you need a decongestant such as sudafed or a nasal spray such as afrin to reduce the sinus inflammation. If it doesn't improve, call your doctor.

: Has a neurologist evaluated you and mentioned possibility of pseudotumor cerebri seen in young women?  Has a lumbar puncture been performed? I strongly recommend consultation with a neurologist. If you've already been seen &amp; advised by one, then consult a neurosurgeon for an opinion.

Need eye doc or ER: These symptoms are consistent with an inflammation in the front of the eye called "iritis."  untreated iritis can lead to vision loss and blindness.  You need to see an eye doctor as soon as possible to detect and possibly treat this.  Less likely causes include an acute glaucoma (sudden high pressure in the eye) that can also lead to visual loss, and an ocular migraine headache.
