: You have had a lot of testing for what seems to be simply a complex migraine issue.  See a headache specialist, as there are multiple interventions that can help.  At the very least, the headache and light/ noise sensitivity can be abated.

could a headache on the top of the head mostly in one area that hurts to push on be anyerysm related? also have been getting burning sensation in arms and lower legs?

: Typically if an aneurysm causes a headache, it will be a severe devastating event associated with bleeding and never causes scalp tenderness and rarely otherwise triggers headaches.  Perhaps neurologist can assess burning which may be neuropathy

Mustbe examined: requires an examination, testing, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Can be any number of issues from migraine to to neurological exam. If it only  lasts a few seconds it may be related to  scalp muscle spasm,

Sinusitis: You may have developed a sinus infection from the cold, see your doctor.

This New?: If this is a new thing for you, you need to see a dr. Asap. Might be an impending stroke developing. You will probably need an MRI or ct of the brain at the minimum to rule this out. If this is a chronic problem, it is not nearly as urgent, this is if this have been going on for years. Best to let a dr. Decide.

is it okay to get a headache on the top of ur head and in the back of your head.. it doesnt hurt that bad but sometimes its tender to touch?

Okay?: I'm not sure what you mean by "okay" unless by "okay" you mean "not dangerous." Scalp tenderness is a common symptom of migraine headaches. Even though they're not dangerous, migraines can really throw a monkey-wrench into your life. Ordinary OTC pain meds are often ineffective against them. Check out the website of the American Headache Society and/or see your doctor.

Migraine: Although the briefness of the pain you're having is somewhat uncharacteristic of a migraine headache, the other characteristics are migrants and nature, so I would conclude that you're having a type of migraine headache. Many factors can bring him on, such as allergies, head trauma, changes and sleep pattern, certain medications, processed foods. Just something to think about.

Occipital nerve bloc: Occipital neuralgia can result in headaches on top of your head. I would see a pain physician and explore the possibility of getting an occipital nerve block injection with steroids. Another alternative are botox injections in the occipital area. Finally for patients refractory to such injections, occipital nerve decompression performed by a surgeon can be very effective.
