: This is a steroid and all steroids can affect the eyes in some  people. Usually short term use of steroids (say less than 2 weeks) rarely cause problems, but certain people can get a substantial rise in eye pressure from steroids given by any route. This usually happens after 2 weeks of use. Steroids can also cause cataract, even inhaled steroids. You would need an eye exam to be sure.

These are separate: Headaches are a neurological problem by definition and can be caused by or worsened by stress; stress is not a psychiatric problem but a part of life. Consider seeing a primary care provider or possibly a neurologist for recurrent headaches. If you are concerned about what you see out of the corner of your eyes, discuss it with your doctor.

Yes: Eye strain can be associated with headaches. I would recommend a visit to an Opthalmologist.

Ear pain: You MAY have an infection in your middle ear.  Please see your doctor.  He/she MAY refer you to an eye doc.

Sinusitis: Your symptoms can be attributable to sinusitis but without seeing and examining you and assessing other possibilities it is impossible to say what is going on. Would very strongly recommend that you be seen by a doctor and fully and thoroughly evaluated. Would not wait. Hope you are better soon.

Yes: Depression and anxiety are both linked to somatic symptoms, such as pain, fatigue, weakness, headaches, etc.  There are multiple ways to target these symptoms.  Talking with your doctor, a counselor or psychologist will give you the best start at identifying changes that need to be made to help relieve these symptoms.

i have been having a dull headache at the back of my head for three years now that does not respond to nsaids. the pain is dull , and feels like pressure from the inside. i am 20, i have no other medical problems. what can be the cause?

: You should be evaluated by a neurologist for chronic headache which could be persisted or aggravated with analgesic induced or medication induced headache. Good luck.

Listen to MD: Brain swelling is an ominous sign, but after being checked by an md should point you in the right direction. Headaches by themselves should not be a reason to be concerned about cerebral swelling. 
Try to be optimistic , and listen to your md's recommendations.
