Headache while bendi: Headache while bending is sinus or structural. Hairfall. Lots of reasons, hair dye, tight bandana, low thyroid, hair pulling etc. Pale skin (sometimes attractive). The three are probably not related though red-haired folks with pale skin tend to have higher rate of allergies which is a cause of sinus conditions with secondary headaches.

Presyncope: Sounds like you may be experiencing presyncope.  This occurs when your blood pressure drops and can occur during periods of anxiety.  Drink plenty of fluids, eat a well balanced meal and get some rest.  I'm sorry to hear about your friend.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Doubt it: Rare things rarely happen. A kid with frank leukemia doesn't just have a high percentage of lymph's,  they are often the only things seen &amp; number in the hundreds of thousands. The data presented is minimal. From the numbers this could easily be a simple viral illness.

? Anemia: She needs to see her doctor and have blood test done to see if she is anemic and needs to be given iron supplements. It is possible she also has gastritis or a stomach ulcer.

More needed: Before supplements more will be needed in order to understand the cause of your anemia. While many times anemia is iron deficient and supplementing iron is needed, other times anemia is multi factorial and needs to be worked up thoroughly. Start with your GP.

Iron Def Anemia: This is Iron Def Anemia ., Most likely due to blood loss . In women in the reproductive age , it could be due to heavy menstruation . Other causes , maybe due to blood loss from the Gastro intestinal tract . 
It is detected by having a blood count . If YOU  think you have any type of ANEMIA , please see your PCP for work up &amp; Diagnosis .

could gilberts syndrome cause pale skin?

Not likely: Gilbert's syndrome is an elevated total and indirect bilirubin unrelated to any disease and is caused by an inherited difference in bilirubin metabolism.  It is usually benign although some medicine metabolism may also be affected, there is usually no need to adjust medication doses except in rare instances.  It may very occasionally cause a slight yellow skin or sclera tint.
