Frontal headache is usually due to nasal blockage and sinus congestion.

Common remedy like saline nasal spray and blow gently to clear the passage ; otc decongestants help.

During nosebleed sit, lean forward, pinch nose for 9 min, put cold on nose.

Yes: If your nose bleeds are producing frank, bright blood, it needs to evaluated by an ENT specialist. Even if it is due to usual bleeding from Little's are, it may need to be cauterized to prevent recurrence and blood loss.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
