Need eval: He should go to see a doctor and to check his inr. If his inr is high then blood thinner should be adjusted- perhaps it needs to be held and dose should be lowered etc. Also, importantly, his ear has to be examined to make sure there is no trauma etc.

Unlikely the issue: Yellow pus is usually a sign of a bacterial process, not one caused by fungi.Bleeding is a non specific sign of irritation and inflammation by any agent.

Head injury: Do you have any recent head injuries? It sounds like you might have had a seizure. Your ear could be bleeding because of injury to the ear canal, ear infection, or something more serious like a tumor or skull fracture. Please see your doctor.

Dolmatil: Is used for treatment of schizophrenia which may be the cause of "noise in the ears and head", and this requires a psych evaluation is such is the case.Nose bleed along with new onset headache is best evaluated in person by a doctor to rule out serious causes.

i am 27 years old. my ears keeping closing or blocking no matter what i try, my heart races at night end even more so when i try calm myself, and my nose keeps bleeding randomly. not to leave out the constant headaches please advice..

That : That is significant for you, as you are on warfarin.  You must be seen immediately and evaluated.  Please be sure that your pt/inr (bleeding times laboratories) have been checked.

Ear bleeding can be caused by trauma (significant head injury), minor trauma (scratches), or infection.  Please be checked and evaluated and be sure you let your doctor know about the headaches.

If you have pain, significant bleeding, feel light-headed or confused, vomit, or have any weakness/numbness then you would need to be seen in the er.

had a reaction to relafen (nabumetone)  in hospital for anemia / gi bleeding  now  have weakness and headaches , ringing in the ears is this still  from relafen (nabumetone)?

Cannot be precise: But NSAID's as a group are not the safest items in many people, and you may well have persistent lingering secondary issues.  Would be very assertive in requesting followup evaluation.  Trust this can be readily stabilized.
