? muscle ?nerve: Your symptoms could stem from a cervical (neck) strap muscle sprain; there are many muscles in the posterior neck that can easily be strained during sleep or when driving a car.  Sprained muscles can swell and push on adjacent nerves causing what are called paraesthesias, tingling or crawling feelings in the distribution of the nerve.  As long as this gets better, no worries; if worsening see PCP

Several possibilitie: All these activities increase venous blood pressure during the action so it may be normal especially if you cough frequently.  May also indicate inflammation throughout the sinuses particularly if there is nasal congestion or drainage.  Make sure your blood pressure is normal.  If body mass index over 40  may indicate benign intracranial hypertension.

Anatomy: MRI's evaluate anatomy and water content of the brain.  It should help with diagnosing causes of vertigo and other CNS symptoms, even if it excludes them.

Could be sinuses: Sounds like a fluid accumulation in the sinuses of the face which can occur with or without headaches.

?occipital neuralgia: You may have a trigger over right side of neck, but there may be irritation at base of skull affecting the greater occipital nerve of Arnold.  This should be self-limited and resolve over next few days to weeks, but if persistent, might consider occipital nerve block injection.

Dehydration: The most likely answer is that you are dehydrated.  Drink water, and noncaffeinated, sugarless , nonalcohol beverages.  Another possibility is your blood pressure is elevated, have it checked.

See a doctor: as I always say to others, any type of headache can be benign, but there are serious causes to consider as well and these must always be ruled out.

Tension: If it's a steady, dull, muscle tension type headache, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen usually help. If it's a throbbing migraine type headache, other prescription type  medications may be needed and you would have to see a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
