Sinusitis: Try using saline nasal spray through a Neti-pot from your friendly pharmacist, and ask for a decongestant at the same time. Hopefully this will help.

Sinus infection &amp; po: Sinus infection and polyps is fairly common.  You have to treat the infection and the Lily's at the same time.  We usually give oral steroids, topical nasal steroids and antibiotics for this problem at the same time.  You will need a thorough nasal exam with a scope to look for other polyps and then can start the treatment.  See an ENT doctor for this in the near future . Good luck and feel better

OTITIS /URI: Yes you need to be examined. Evaluate for otitis and throat culture for pharyngitis . You may need antibiotics. While you are waiting take Vit C 5gm. Zinc 100mg echinacea and goldenseal . Push fluids

That&#x27;s all ENT said?: Fluid in your middle ear has nothing to do with dizziness. The balance organs are in the inner ears which you can&#x27;t see by looking at the eardrum. The fluid issue is irrelevant; what&#x27;s pertinent is why are you dizzy? ENTs are dizziness specialists. What did ENT think is causing it?

Otitis Media: Hi, yes, it is, I would suggest that you use a nose Steroid spray and also Claritin (loratadine) at the same time. If not better then see an Ear-Nose-Throat doctor for evaluation.
