Syncope: What you are describing sounds like syncope, also called fainting.  It occurs when your blood pressure is unable to increase or change enough when you change position.  It is most often caused by dehydration, although if you have any chest pain, shortness of breath or a 'fluttering' sensation in your chest with the symptoms you should discuss with your family doctor.  Stay hydrated when it's hot.

: Could be. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.

Go see your doctor: It's not clear to me when you had your mri/mra of your brain relative to this am. Certainly, your post-concussive syndrome could account for your concerns. Please discuss your memory loss w/your doctor.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know your age. Have you been worked up by a neurologist for these symptoms. I don't know what your diagnosis is, but it would be prudent to be evaluated to see if you have transient ischemic attacks or other neurologic conditions.

Nerve pain: It is difficult to say without examining but the pain you are describing sounds like nerve pain. Nerves can get pinched at the level of the neck. The chest pain may be due to referred pain from a pinched nerve as well or due to inflammation of cartilage. It can also be something more serious like a brain tumor . You need to get examined by a doctor asap to get the correct diagnosis
