Headache causes: The cuases of headache are legion. Last time i looked, single spaced 3 pages. Common ones are migraines, tension, anxiety, sinusitis, mild head trauma, hypertension, eye strain, ear infection. , prior cervical spine injury, central nervous  system infection. The list goes on and on.

Muscle spasms: Are the most likely cause.  Why this occurs can be related to many causes.

Mild cramping: "Light periods" can occur at the early stages of pregnancy, and cramping in the pelvic area may also occur with early pregnancy, so get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and if negative, with cramps still occurring, see your GYN provider for an exam and testing, as infection can also cause this sort of pain.

i have just learnt that ibuprofen may cause kidney or/and liver problems. i took ibuprofen the past 3 days or so to ease cramps and noticed lately that my skin has become rather dull. may i know if this may be caused by ibuprofen not being exc

Ibuprofen: In an otherwise healthy young woman, ibuprofen when taken as prescribed is unlikely to cause any significant problems. Skin dullness is more apt to be due to some other cause. However, if there is concern, a doctor could do simple testing to ensure kidney function.

Gastroenteritis: Usually self limiting, if prolongs more than 5 days need to be checked out for specific bugs and treated.

TMJ: It is likely tmj. Try Ibuprofen or see an oral facial maxial surgeon. But please see a doctor if this is really affecting you.

Cramps: If your diet is calcium-deficient, or you exercise heavily in the evenings, cramping can be real after falling asleep. At your age, claudication, or cramping due to cardiac illness is very unlikely. As a female, you are past the age of rapid linear growth, which can cause 'growing pains'

Unlikely!: With prostaglandin analogues, there a host of unusual things that can happen, but given the limited volume and absorption, it is very unlikely that that is the source.
Stop and see if the cramps go away.  Then restart when feeling well and see if it recurs!  if it does, then it is travaprost!

any reason too much magnesium would cause ringing in one ear? just started 250mg magnesium because of muscle cramps, and recently my right ear has started to ring. probably just coincidence but still wondering if it could possibly be related?

: Even with abnormal kidney function, dose of 250 mg magnesium should not make much change in your magnesium level. The tinnitus is likely a coincidence but it won't do any harm if you stop magnesium pill for a week or two. If the tinnitus resolves, you can try a different magnesium formula.
