Mild cramping: "Light periods" can occur at the early stages of pregnancy, and cramping in the pelvic area may also occur with early pregnancy, so get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and if negative, with cramps still occurring, see your GYN provider for an exam and testing, as infection can also cause this sort of pain.
