Sinusitis!: It is common with inflammation or infection of the sinuses to get headache or head pain with change in position, especially bending over.  The sinuses are very close to the eye and orbit, causing the eye to hurt as well.  This is very common.

Headache: Sounds like a headache syndrome, likely a migraine headache.  If 'new' then see a clinic for a good history and physical exam, particularly a neuro exam.

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

Focal headache: You should really be seen and examined, as there is no way to tell apart a long list of possibilities. Here are only a few:  migraine, ear infection, TMJ, sinusitis, tonsil infection, dental infection, arteritis, cranial pressure, vascular problem, neuralgia, etc. Basically almost anything. "Severe and focal" means you need an exam ASAP.

my ent thinks i have cranial neuralgia, ordered mri. what might i be faced with? my most common pain is coccyx, right side head/eye pain, stiff neck.

Fever?: I don't think the coccyx has anything to do with the remainder.  If you have any of the following, you should go to the hospital:  fever, nausea/vomiting/blurred vision.

See below: Sudden neck pain yes.  The head and eye pain would not be related directly to a disc herniation.  Irritation of muscles in the neck could cause headache and eye pain however.

dr  said i have shingles in rt. side of head and eye/. pain is severe in that area and will not let up --he put me on lyrica 75 mgs but it doesn't help so far. how long does this severe pain  lasr  with shingles. i broke  out very little  but eye is still

You may: You probably need to be seen at a pain clinic for additional treatment. The pain can last for months.

Possibly Migraine: Unilateral episodic Headache with some systemic symptoms like what you described can be from Migraine type of headache. Although it is more common in Female , male tends to get what is called Cluster headache which  come on suddenly and some times wakes one up from sleep. These are treatable conditions. Please consult your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on and proper Rx can be initiated
