Headache Med change: The Cabergoline you've been taking usually can cause a headache when first starting. It would be unusual for it to give you a headache upon cutting the dose in half. There are other medications that you may be taking as well that can create some of the problem. If your blood pressure is normal you need to speak with your doctor who's given you the medication. The nose bleed evaluated  by an ENT.

See your Dr.: You need to see a Dr. in person to get a note excusing you from work, though if you have a regular Dr. who you see he or she might be willing to provide a note if you talk by phone. If you don't have a regular Dr. go to an urgent care. center. No one here can give you a note. 
This is a viral illness, I advise Umcka, available at health food stores, rest, fluids and Vitamin C 1000 mg 3-4x/day.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Heahache: Headache for several days is very common. If you find it's worse and worse and interferes with your daily activity and quality of life, you need to see your primary physician.
