Heahache: Headache for several days is very common. If you find it's worse and worse and interferes with your daily activity and quality of life, you need to see your primary physician.

IT DEPENDS: It could be a sign of infection, stress, muscle tension, migraine. If it is a new headache, you should see doctor. If you have high fever, skin rash, neck stiffness you should see a doctor asap.
