No: Detection of HCG is not affected by weight.

Yes: Sure you can. It is not clear that HCG is absorbed and functional when taken orally. Probably not. Alli does work and does so by blocking fat absorption. Be careful of your fat intake because it can cause abdomnial cramps, etc. That said you will absorb most of the vitamins except the fat soluble ones. Vitamins a, d, e and k should be taken at another time so you can absorb them.

my sac shows 5w. crl shows 7w. no heartbeat. hcg 6100. is it a confirmed miscarriage or worth waiting before d&c. hcg 2w prior 2200. i'm obese. pcos ?

Serum HCG: will drop daily if miscarriage.  If so,...at some point you will likely need a D and C.

Better w other meds: Hypogonadism means the gonads are not making hormones  and gametes ( eggs or sperms). Primay hypogonadism means the gonads have failed. Secondary hypogonadism means the ovary is not working because the brain isnt telling it what to do. We can give  hormones to drive egg production--usually we need fsh to  make the eggs( or sperm). Hcg helps w hormone production. Its best to use both drugs together.

Yes. No.: While it is not an fda-approved method, nor one that is widely known, reproductive endocrinologists have used off-label HCG to stimulate testes to produce more t & sperm. Many peer-reviewed studies have been published in medical journals supporting this use. Yes, there is negative feedback at the pituitary resulting in low lh/fsh but exogenous t would do the same. Clomiphene is another off-label.

Some use pills: Hcg meds used for fertility are injections of either recombinant or ultrapurified hcg. Many 'hcg diet' clinics use an 'oral' form of HCG - a pill - which is complete nonsense, and likely does nothing at all.

Pregnancy test: Get both a blood ( HCG) and urine home pregancy test. You should also see your GYN for a pelvic exam.

Need to see a doctor: You need to see the doctor and find out the true cause of 2nday hypogonadism, so there's a proper treatment for it and find out the long term treat with fsh/lh is indicate or not. Proper monitor is necessary if long term treatment needed.
