Unlikely: With 4 negative pregnancy tests it isn't likely that you are pregnant. The sensitivity of even home pregnancy tests is so good that they will usually pick up even low levels of HCG. Since in a normal pregnancy HCG levels double every 48-72 hr., you could always repeat the test once more in 1 week to be sure or see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test and to explore your symptoms.Hope this helps.

Wide range: There is a wide range of normal.  The only thing that really matters is that it roughly doubles every 2-3 days during the first 8-10 weeks and that the fetal us shows normal progression.

It's not: Possible. Three days post conception an embryo is between 8-12 cells. It will not implant for another 4 days. If you have a 600 3-days post conception either: 1) the assumed conception date is wrong, 2) there's a lab error, or 3) there's another source of hcg.

Yes: There can be a lot of variation but that is normal. If anything maybe a little on the high side suggest5ing multiple pregnancy. What matters most is how it rises over time.

Much variation: Hcg levels can vary extremely, from patient to patient, at the same gestational age.  In about one week, your levels will be 1500 or so, and a small intra-uterine gestational sac will be able to be seen on ultrasound.   Have a great and safe pregnancy.  Watch those carbs.

Rough estimate: Impossible to accurately date a pregnancy by the value of the HCG test. The range hey give you is a rough estimation. There are many variables that can affect the amount of HCG production during various stages of fetal development. Best dating of baby age is transvaginal ultrasound done around 7-8 weeks of pregnancy.

Likely okay: Those numbers are all normal.  It sounds like your pregnancy is progressing perfectly.  Brown discharge can be implantation bleeding, brown just means the blood is old.  Hang in there, everything could be perfect!
