i have a small hard white bump on the inside of my nose. what could if be!

Nose Knows: Does it hurt? Is there surrounding redness? Have you had any trauma to the nose?

It you have no other symptoms, it could just be  a prominent medial crural footplate (nasal cartilage).  If it hurts, drains pus or gets bigger, you may want to get it checked out by an ENT doctor.  

Importantly, don't mess with it.  If it is a normal structure, manipulation with your finger can lead to an infection.

Folliculitis?: It sounds like folliculitis, which is basically an infected hair follicle. You would need to have a doctor take a look in order to confirm, however.

Growth on eye: This small white bump may represent a small cyst or blister.  In this case, there is nothing to do about it as long as it's not bothering you.  This also may represent a normal structure on your eye.  If it persists, have an ophthalmologist evaluate it.

Skin infections: Pus filled bumps on the skin are usually the symptom of a skin infection.  When they become red, warm to touch and painful it is called cellulitis.  Treatment of this includes oral antibiotics and occassionally drainage.  See your doctor, because resistant infections are becoming more common and require special treatment.

i had a bump on the inside of my right nostril the tip of it was white. while blowing my nose i popped the white. bump is still there and is painful?

Pop!GoesTheNostril: Sounds like it was a little pimple or infected hair follicle (doncha just love them nose hairs?). So you blew the top off and out came the pus. Yummy. But there's still infection there.It's still swollen, but will go down with time. Just don't pick at it,apply a thin smear of antibiotic ointment and then hope for the best. But if it starts getting worse, get it checked out. That's a sensitive area

See your doctor: This type of bump is usually a benign condition, such as a skin tag or blocked oil gland.  An eye doctor or dermatologist can evaluate it for you and offer treatment options.

i've a white bump on the inside corner of my left eye on the pink flesh near to nose for years and no pain. now seems like it's popping n slight pain?

Inflamed pinguecula: You may have had a pinguecula (a white /tan bump on the white of the eye related to sun exposure /allergies/ and other irritants) that is now inflamed.
If the eye is red and painful you should get an eye exam to determine the exact cause and etiology of your pain

Needs to be seen: More important that what it could be, is what it is.  Unfortunately, this would have to be seen by a dentist, preferably a pedodontist, or pediatrician in person in order to give you an accurate answer. Call for an appointment.

More information : More information would be helpful. If the lesion is over the sclera (white part of eye), it could be an inflamed pinguecula. Can be caused by extended sun exposure. Treatments vary from artificial tears to anti-inflammatory prescriptions.
