See your doctor: Bloating is often the distention of the bowels due to gas buildup.  This can be due to things we eat - like coffee.  If you can pinpoint triggers then avoid these foods.  As for when your stomach is empty it is unclear - talking to your doctor or a gastroenterologist would be a good idea.

i have had a horrible pain in my stomach everytime i move , yawn, laugh and walk it's hard to stand up straight and i have took 2 paracetamol.

Time to go to ER?: In what position do you feel better/ worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gassiness?  Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial?  Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Go to er if symptoms are severe.

Lordosis: Lordosis is the lumbar spinal curvature that is exacerbated by late stage pregnancy. The spinal column at age 45 is not as flexible as when you were younger. There are yoga classes designed for pregnant women that can improve your flexibility during this difficult time and may be very helpful in ameliorating your standing problem.

bad stomach pain/cramp/bloated ffeeling when its starts to be empty. sometimes so bad its hard to stand straight up due to the 'running cramp' feeling. i have history of gastritis... wat 2 do?

Acid reducer: Try taking an acid reducer/blocker like zantac, (ranitidine) pepcid, Prilosec or Axid twice a day for 2 weeks.  If it is improving, then stay on the medicine for 2 months without stopping.  If it is not better, then you need to see the doctor.  You might need to see a stomach specialist.

how can i correct a bad slouch when it hurts to straighten my shoulders (and it's also very hard to get them straight)?

Sounds like: at this point you may require formal Physical Therapy to correct your posture issues!
This would involve a PT evaluation/treatment plan and finally a Home Exercise Program!

Rehab options: Have you been tested for hearing loss?  If you have it, a hearing aid may help.  Otherwise, there are some otc vitamin supplements which work for some people and others benefit from antidepressants and tinnitus-training therapy which re-organizes how you deal with the sound.  Best of luck, this is a tough problem.

3 hours: if you are studying 3 hours straight, that is a long time. Take breaks for 20 minutes before you start again. Try to balance your time and you should feel better.

hi, i've had bad migraines for past few months four or more days straight. sometimes its hard to be in light i have bad side effects that effect my day?

Migraine: Migraines can last for days when they go untreated.  Sensitivity to light and sound being common symptoms as well.   Simple isolated, or so called episodic migraines, can turn into "transformed" migraines, and this is something that you should discuss with your doctor, and find some relief.  In addition to medications, some hands on therapy may be of use as well.  Good luck.

how to correct posture? when i try to stand up straight, my midriff tenses up and i find it hard to breathe. is this weird? i am skinny.

Try some yoga: Try some yoga. It should help you stretch out your tight areas and help align your spine.
