: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.

Not to worry: The tip of the stool may have had more fluid extracted from it so it may be harder. It is generally not a worry signal.

You do not: give an age but I assume you are an adult with a chronic constipation issue. This is now being treated with SPECIFIC MEDICATION(S) and STRONGLY suggest you seek out this treatment from your Primary Healthcare Provider! In the meantime, INCREASE your FLUIDS (At LEAST  5 glasses of WATER/day!

This is not uncommon: and can be considered normal.  It is especially noted in slender individuals when there is little subcutaneous fat  allowing the abdominal contents to be felt more easily. Constipation distends the bowel and it is not surprising that your abdomen is tender after hard stool has passed. Focus on reducing constipation: drink LOTS of water (6-8+ glasses/day), increase dietary fiber, daily exercise.

Not necessarily: If you have an impaction of hard stools that is incomplete, only liquid stool can get by the plug of stool. The mistake is to take something to stop the "diarrhea" which will plug you up fast. Use a plain fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) or glycerine suppositories to make sure your rectum is empty before trying to control the diarrhea.

It can be.: Suppository can cause diarrhea if it is a stimulant laxative.

I'm not sure..: ..what "constipation of loose stool" is?  I presume you mean you have loose stool, but infrequently.  Usually we think infrequent stool of constipation is hard and difficult to pass. The key is more fiber in your diet: whole grains, cereals, brown rice, veggies. This will solidify it. If this doesn't help, see your doc. Some testing for malabsorption may be in order. Continue good fluid intake.

Need to treat: I am skeptical that your sky high lead levels will drop with "natural" approaches.  See your doctor and start recommended protocol, as risk to you too high to experiment with unproven approaches.

Breathing trouble: The breathing trouble is not likely related to constipation. When was your last full bowel movement?  IF it has been some time (a month?!) and especially if you have belly pain, you should be seen by a physician. Are you drinking enough fluids? Any other symptoms such as fatigue, cold intolerance? These could point to low thyroid function. This can be checked with a blood test.

Stool: The best way in which to resolve a sh..ty problem is to see a doctor, have the stool and yourself examined after providing a detailed history, and undergoing a variety of tests. The internet is not the place in which this can be done intelligently. Good luck and hope you get better soon.
