Pelvic exam: It is not entirely clear here what sort of lump you have discovered. The best thing to do is to schedule a visit with an Obgyn and show them what you are finding. They will be able to guide you on if it is normal or not.

Find a second lump: A woman who reaches deep into her vagina and feels a round lump (a bit smaller than a ping-pong ball) must look for another lump. If she only finds one lump, it's probably her cervix. If she finds 2 lumps, one is the cervix, and the other one is for her doctor to look at. Also, if it's her cervix, she will feel a small dimple in the center of the lump.

pain with walking and sitting
sudden relief of pain followed by discharge (highly suggestive of spontaneous rupture)
you need an evaluation urgently by a physician.
